1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the MM7 online entertainment platform, accessible via our official website and the MM7 mobile app. This Agreement takes effect from the date you register your first MM7 account.

By accessing or using the MM7 platform in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited by any law or regulation from participating in online gaming activities.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please cease using the mm7 platform immediately. mm7 reserves the right to modify, update, or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the platform following any such changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Membership Eligibility

To qualify as an MM7 member and use our platform services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the duration of membership.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a valid and binding agreement in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• Not acting as a representative or agent of a third party when using the MM7 platform.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion register of a recognized responsible gaming program.
• Not be an employee, partner, agent, or immediate family member of any individual directly involved in the operations of MM7.
• Register one account only — MM7 does not permit multiple account registrations by the same individual.

MM7 reserves the right to reject membership applications or close existing accounts if the eligibility requirements above are not met or are found to have been violated at any time.

3 Account Registration

When registering an mm7 account, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information. Required details include your full name as per your identification card, mobile phone number, active email address, and banking information for payment purposes.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Registering a second or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any remaining funds.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your account password confidential at all times.
• Ensuring no other party accesses your mm7 account.
• Notifying mm7 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your personal information whenever any changes occur.

The identity verification (KYC) process may be required before the first withdrawal or when cumulative transaction amounts reach a certain threshold. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identification card and proof of current address. This is standard industry procedure to prevent money laundering and protect the security of all members.

4 Deposits & Payments

Mm7 accepts deposits via multiple verified payment methods, including local bank transfers, DuitNow QR, DuitNow Transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards, and approved cryptocurrencies.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned. mm7 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used by a member at any time.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method (from RM 10 to RM 30).
• Deposits will be credited to the gaming account within seconds of payment confirmation.
• Mm7 does not charge any processing fees on deposits — the full amount is credited in its entirety.
• Daily and monthly deposit limits may apply based on your account level and identity verification status.

All funds deposited into an mm7 account are for entertainment purposes only and do not carry any interest or investment return. mm7 is not a financial institution and does not offer any investment products.

5 Fund Withdrawal

MM7 members may withdraw funds from their gaming account at any time, provided the following conditions have been fully met:

• Account identity verification (KYC) has been completed and approved.
• Any wagering requirement for a received bonus has been fulfilled in full.
• The selected withdrawal method is the same as or related to the deposit method used.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold set.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 business hours depending on the selected payment method. Local bank transfers and DuitNow are usually completed faster than other methods. mm7 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain amounts as a security measure.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Mm7 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. In general, mm7 bonus terms cover the following:

In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active gaming session, MM7 will handle the situation in accordance with the following policy:

• If a game is interrupted before the final result is determined, the wager will be fully refunded to the member's account.
• If a result has been recorded in the system before the disruption occurred, that result will be considered valid.
• Any winnings displayed as a result of a software error or incorrect display are considered void and will not be paid out.

Members are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing. MM7 is not liable for any losses arising from an unstable internet connection on the member's end.

8 Member Conduct

MM7 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. Accordingly, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MM7 platform:

• Use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence, or any assistive tools that provide an unfair advantage to players.
• Collusion between players in live casino or table games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or manipulate MM7's systems and databases.
• Spreading false or misleading information about mm7 to others.
• Use of inappropriate, threatening, or harassing language in mm7 communication channels.
• Any activity that violates the law, including money laundering through the mm7 platform.

Mm7 employs advanced monitoring systems to detect abnormal or suspicious activity. Any violation of these conduct terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account without compensation.

9 Data Security & Privacy

• Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Requests by authorities in connection with criminal or regulatory investigations.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the MM7 customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned after the necessary review process is completed, subject to any applicable claims or deductions.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mm7 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the mm7 platform, including but not limited to:

• Fund losses resulting from unfavorable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Fund losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing due to third-party payment systems.

MM7's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the arising of the liability claim.

12 Terms Amendment and Applicable Law
